Executive Search (Head-hunt) In recent years, more and more firms have asked us to approach particular candidate or search / head-hunt candidates to fill key vacant positions. We are pleased to conduct this type of assignment as we are very experienced, this is how Supreme Executive Pty Ltd, our parent company have operated for over 12 years. Note: The Patent Attorney Job Board have a (head-hunt) sourcing database of over 11,000 (and growing) names of Qualified Patent Attorneys ranging from Partner, of Counsel, Senior Associates, Associates, Patent Agents, Trade Mark Attorneys and trainee's with just about any technical background you would need. This sourcing database is used when clients ask us to do a search (head-hunt) for a particular candidate with the appropriate technical skills. Most Searches conducted are generally at a senior level. However, in the past 6 months we have been asked to head-hunt down to Associate level. PLEASE NOTE: The Patent Attorney Job Board will not head-hunt any candidate from a client firm. Should we be asked to approach a particular person who is employed by a client firm we will decline the assignment.
Being a specialist Patent Attorney Recruiter, it is inevitable that from time to time candidates from client firms will register on the Patent Attorney Job Board seeking new employment. When this occurs we will not disclose this information to the Firm. All candidate registrations are stored on our system and are confidential. Candidate databases are not available to Clients. We trust you will respect our ethical stand in this matter. Our reputation for maintaining confidentiality are the reason why we have had partners from client firms come to us to assist them in finding new employment.
