This allows up to quickly see if the person with the correct technical skills you seek is already on our database. We do not send candidate resumes without firstly contacting the candidate, discussing your opportunity, giving the client web address to view and then they email us with the OK to represent them and move forward. Candidate confidentiality is extremely important. Note: The Patent Attorney Job Board have a (head-hunt) sourcing database of over 11,000 (and growing) names of Qualified Patent Attorneys ranging from Partner, Senior Counsel to recently qualified Patent Attorney / Patent Agents with just about any technical background you would need. This sourcing database is used when clients ask us to do a search (head-hunt) for a particular candidate with appropriate technical skills. Most Searches conducted have been at Partner, of Counsel or Senior Associate level. However, in the past few months we have been asked to head-hunt less senior people. PLEASE NOTE: The Patent Attorney Job Board will not head-hunt any candidate from a client firm. Should we be asked to approach a particular person who is employed by a client firm we will decline.
